3. Results and examples.
-
Figures on this site come from specific venues on specific dates, as reported by those venues, with the method stated. They are not a promise of what any other venue will achieve.
-
Results depend on things like your menu, your offers, the size of your guest list and how consistently cards are on your tables.
-
Phone and chat images on this site are mock-ups, not real guest conversations.
4. Fees.
-
Fees are quoted per venue in pounds sterling and exclude VAT where it applies.

Your written quote and your agreement fix what you pay.
5. Walkthroughs. A walkthrough is a free 30-minute video call and carries no obligation. We may decline or rearrange a booking.

Three-month guarantee terms
G1. Who it applies to.
-
The guarantee applies to each new venue that signs a TapChat single-venue or group plan on or after 7 October 2026.
-
There is one guarantee per venue, for venues that haven't used TapChat before.
-
Larger-group agreements include it only if it's written into them.
G2. The promise. If, at the end of month three, your venue has fewer than 250 reachable WhatsApp guests, and every condition in G4 has been met, we'll refund that venue's month-three service fee in full.
G3. Definitions.
-
Go-live date: the day TapChat table cards are first on your tables and your venue's TapChat WhatsApp number is live, as we confirm to you by email.
-
End of month three: the end of the day before the date three calendar months after the go-live date. For example, if you go live on 10 November, month three ends on 9 February.
-
Reachable WhatsApp guest: a unique mobile number that meets both of these tests. First, between the go-live date and the end of month three, it messaged or replied to your venue's TapChat WhatsApp number, including from a table card, staff card, missed-call follow-up, ad or direct message. Second, at the end of month three, it has not opted out or blocked the number. Staff numbers, test numbers, TapChat's own numbers and duplicates aren't counted.
-
The count: taken at the end of month three from the system that holds your venue's conversations. We share it with you, along with how we made it.
G4. Conditions. All of these must be met:
-
a. Cards on every table from go-live. TapChat table cards must be on every table in use, throughout opening hours, from the go-live date to the end of month three. If a card is lost or damaged, tell us within 2 working days and we'll replace it. That gap won't count against you.
-
b. Missed-call divert active. Unanswered calls to your venue's main booking number must divert to TapChat from the go-live date to the end of month three. If we or your phone provider delay the divert, this condition starts on the day we confirm the divert is working.
-
c. Welcome flow approved within 5 working days. You approve the welcome flow, or send us your changes, within 5 working days of each time we send it to you for approval.
-
d. Fees paid on time. Fees for months one to three must be paid on time.
G5. Closures. If your venue closes for more than 7 days in a row during the three months, for example for a refurbishment, the end of month three moves back by the same number of days.
G6. What isn't refunded.
-
the setup fee
-
ad spend, whether paid to Meta or anyone else
-
fees for months one and two
-
any extra sends or work quoted separately
G7. How to claim.
-
Email hello@gettapchat.co.uk within 14 days after the end of month three, giving the venue's name.
-
Within 5 working days, we'll send you the count and our check of the conditions.
-
If the venue qualifies, we'll refund month three's service fee within 14 days of confirming, to the account it was paid from.
-
We can't accept claims made after the 14-day window.
G8. Stopping at month three.
-
Separately, and whether or not you claim, you can end your plan at the end of month three without the usual six weeks' notice.
-
Tell us by email before month three ends.
-
Your venue's WhatsApp number, guest list and accounts stay with your venue.
G9. Your agreement. These terms summarise the guarantee in your service agreement. If the two differ, your signed agreement applies.
G10. Changes. We may change or withdraw the guarantee for new sign-ups. That won't affect any venue that has already signed up with it.
G11. Your rights. This guarantee doesn't affect any other rights you have by law.
