Built on a restaurant floor, not in a boardroom.
TapChat started in December 2025 with a set of cards on the tables of one steakhouse in the North East of England. The question was simple: how many of the people who eat here could we ever reach again? The answer was almost none.
So we built the missing layer between the floor and the till. A tap at the table, a WhatsApp when the phone rings out, a check-in after the visit, a reason to come back. Then we measured every part of it, and kept the parts that filled tables.
None of this is new. It is the execution.
